I investigated and I don't see anything wrong with our personal messaging system.
But I checked and I see Darediamond blocked you on his side in the personal messaging system.
I'm talking about this button:
The image above is just an example, for every conversation in the messaging system there is a similar button in the top of that conversation where the peer can be blocked.

I tried sending you a private message and it says "Error creating private message."
I tried deleting some older messages to see if it was a quota problem or something, but that did not fix it either.

We have an account named TestMember, I use it for investigating issues and debugging pusposes.
I exchanged some messages between that account and my account and everything works fine, there are no issues.
So the issue seems to be somehow specific to your account, I'll need more time to reproduce it, locate the source and fix it.
Right now I don't have the necessary 2-3 hours to do this but I'll take care of it as soon as possible.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I'll let you know here when I have a result of the investigation and the fix.

Investigated and found the bug, it was inherited from the MVC Forum Platform which is the base platform of our site, we built, customized and added new features over it.
Basically when a member was blocked by another member in the personal messaging system that member was not able to send personal messages to anyone else.
It's fixed now: if a member is trying to send a personal message to another member which blocked him in the personal messaging system the following error message will be shown: "You can’t send a private message because this member has blocked you".
You can test it by sending a message to me (it will work) and trying to send a message to Darediamond which blocked you (it will show the error message specified above).
Please let me know if there is still any problem and sorry for this issue.
