Recently I stumbled across this individual named Rick GIBSON at fuellesspower.com and he claims to have some type of motor-generator (https://www.fuellesspower.com/product/the-fuelless-engine-model-2-plans/) that is highly efficient.
I have never heard of him before and the internet cannot provide much information about him which I consider extremly weird because he is in bussiness since 1996 and he still has his site running. Another weird thing is that he has this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etLPhs1ChAU on his youtube chanell, that has 866,472 views but no comments except one, which is his.
Can anyone provide more info on him and his devices? Third party replications, other forums discussing about him, etc.
