Hello guys i workend on this circuit the video from above is my channel but is from a russian guy the video, it had a 5 minute video but he deleted and i saved this one is very interesting .what i have noticed i cound make it run just with the signal generator and a green led and coil put inside the big coil the more turns you do the smaller the consumption and ferrite rod inside the pipe with the coils whitout the ferrite more consumption .with 1000 uf cap on could run for a very long time but just the signal gen on . I will try to post some info also this circuit have potential. Good work Getza.
