Hello dear friends.

I do not want to spam the thread with a thousand lines, but I would like to bring to your attention a few things about MerLynn and the JOE cell.
The purpose of this post is not to denigrate him, but simply so that you do not place great hopes in his promises and in the “technology” he claims he will present to you.

I have known MerLynn for over 15 years, from all the forums that have existed and from the Yahoo groups. From every place he was eventually banned, because at some point the administrators could no longer tolerate the “madness” of the technologies he presents.

At one point he claimed that he had a device that cures cancer… and to make such a claim, at a time when tens of thousands of innocent women and children die every year, is beyond my ability to understand.

I worked with the JOE cell for about 5 years, both with explosive energies and with implosive energies, and all I managed to do was to change the color of the water.
From colorless distilled water into yellow water.

25 years have passed!! Don’t you want to try to change and use other methods of interacting with people?

I can defend all that I have written.

There is Magic in magnetics and a magic wand will use magnetic current.

The Aqua Chi Footbath has earned Marcy Purnell a PhD for its PREFORMANCE on cancers. I introduced this Technology of Magical Arrays for Curing. It has Advanced Usage Procedures that if Published come under the scrutiny of the FDA. I could write a book on the 100's of Testimonmials on just cancer alone that this simple footbath has bestowed upon humanity.

My next Thread is already written. Its Titled

Experimentors Guide to the Many JoeCells and is THE MANUAL that should have been written by Alex Shifflier but he was an Orgone Heritic and severely fooked up what Joe Re-Discovered.

The ConeCell Thread as the Build Thread, required I buy a $12,000 X-Tool Welder that arrived the day before xmass and I am learning to weld .7mm stainless steel with it to complete the electrode placement.

I also Laser leveled another irrigation paddock over xmass to pay for the welder. I should finish this farm work today. I have a lot on my plate.

As requested

The UpGraded usage for the Aqua Chi Full bath
Take a full bath rather than just a foot bath
Place the module near the groin for a central position.
Do not cross legs or arms during bath
Use Sodium Bicarb for increasing electrical conductivity in the water (dont use sea salt)
Do not have more than 2 amps of current.
It is OK to accidentally touch the rings during a bath

If one is 'terminal' of near so...
When finished with a 30 minute full bath, stay in the bath tub and turn power off to the module and 10 seconds later turn the power back on and do ANOTHER 30 (at lest 20min) Minutes of Bath. We call this Back to Back Baths.
You can do this every day if 'terminal' or just want faster results.
The companies that manufacture these units cannot tell you to do these things because then it would be an admission of the device "doing something" and this then comes under FDA guidelines.

Buy a Herkimer diamond from New York state. spend about 20 bucks on one from innervisioncrystals.com and place this in the bath everytime you take a bath. Carry it in your pocket or wrap it in silver wire and wear around the neck inbetween baths.

Yes I said that.

Marcy Purnel earned her PhD on the devce. Her Disertation was based upon the device .She also had incurable cancer that was cured by the device.

At her Disertation, she filled the autitorium where most people barely fill a small room. The whole University of Memphis turned up to hear her.

What did she get for all this effort of doing a PhD on a Device I gave to the world and cured 100's of cancer victims with it?

The Uni sacked her and wanted to bankrupt her and basically kill her off.

How dare you interfer with all the research money we get for cancer and you think you can give us a cure and stop our funding? was the mindset.

Is that beyound your abiltiy to understand that the world DOES NOT WANT a cure for cancer? The entire medical profession is geared towards when not if you get cancer.

You need to wise up to reality romanian.

It has been illegal to use the word Cure for nearly 100 years. I tread a very fine line and have been attacked by the govt agencies many times for the potential of this technology. Joe has had real threats to his life. Our interaction with the alphabet agancies is a story in itself.

Sick people are more profitable. And EVERYONE does it for the money.

I also called it my PANACEA, the Alchemists Cure-All. And Joe has MANY but anyone of them is a death sentence to market. AND THERE IS NO ALCHEMY on the alchemyforums. They are full of shit and fake olde manuscripts.

How many dead inventors have there been? We just happen to be smarter than the average joe.

Well when I state oil can be made from water, to refute this claim you MUST do the Lab Experiment that I used to make such a claim. So I have to link to where one can buy the apparatus and do the double blind experiment in order to refute my claim.

forums draw exception to marketing devices. BUT I am NOT in any way associated with the 3 companies that now market MY device. I get no commission no nothing. I was bankrupted by the govt and lost all those shares and directorships. Moderators dont see it that way. So I found its best to ask about the rules and clarify what can be said or another BANNING comes my way. Either way the forum members are denied real truth.

You cant cure cancer. You cant tell people how to buy the Lab Equipment to prove my Thesis. in fact I find it very difficult to help people as they are just too far educated in the other direction.

Rife or as they are marketed now Spookies, are Direct Current hand held (mostly) input devices. They literally ‘electrocute’ the user. They gain popularity in being Frequency generators where such frequency is based upon a ‘pathogen’ having a certain frequency. While there are some testimonials as to their effectiveness, they break the RULE of Physician First do no harm. The hands have a ‘polarity’ and so do the electrodes. So around 50% of the time it’s electrocuting the body rather than Charging it Up.

If you walk into ALL the Tijuana cancer clinics like I have, and even mention the word ‘Rife’ you will be immediately shown the door. They are tired of this Quack science. The Rife clinic has locked gates and perimeter fencing while all the others look like hospitals. They have the lowest (near zero) ‘cure’ rate of all the clinics.

If ‘they’ don’t know what electricity is or what constitutes frequency, their products must be suspect.

The Aqua Chi device uses Direct Current but through the medium of Water rather than hand held electrodes. So its generating a Magnetic Field making the water magnetic so the body soaks up the Energy like a nail on a magnet. I have a number of videos but only have one uploaded, that shows the difference between Magnetic Water and electrolysis or hand held electrodes into YOUR water.

Rife has the chance of Cellular destruction while the Aqua Chi can only Bio Field Enhance. The Copper Neutral generates the Frequencies that Enhance the Magnetic capabilities of the iron that composes 100% of the red blood cells. Red blood Cells are all about being a Re-chargeable ‘Battery’ to charge up every cell in the body. There is no Oxygen about it. Blood carrying oxygen is a con job extraordinaire.

There is no similarity between the two devices.

As the Aqua Chi uses AC to DC rather than 3 car batteries for activation, there is a residual pulse in the rectification and this Pulses the Magnetic Field like the Rife pulses the body with Direct Current. So there is a 50 to 60 Hertz pulse effect in the Magnetic Field one is being subjected to and this DOES have a certain effect on some Virus. A Doctor in Mexico found that her patients that all received a footbath before consultation found their STD warts were dropping off. We presented this evidence to a Medical Research Conference in Mexico where naturally it was met with much scepticism.

If we generated AC at 113 Hertz and used this power source in the footbath, the effect on pathogens would be IMMENSE. But then it would come under Medical Devices and well that’s a rabbit hole only fake scientists go down.

The Rife devices you mention are contemporary manual configurations, however, the original Rife devices were radiant RF frequency devices, around (modulated) 30 MHz, if I'm not mistaken. It has been a couple decades since researching Royal Rife.

There were portable manual devices made in Switzerland that were very effective for eliminating parasites, and I happen to know someone that traveled much from Europe to Africa that used one effectively.

The original radiant devices allowed the whole organism to be immersed in the "magnetic field" you describe and it is not the same as "electrocuting" only the feet (with pulsed DC) submerged in water.

Beyond Unity IMO would refer to devices that make usable energy to power electrical devices or similar. The Human body is an electrical device. It can only benefit from more literally free, Bio Energy. When you get sick, would you rather have Bio Healing or an off grid house?

While Rife had a Field generator, it has devolved into quackery and we must address the latest in these devices as Rife isn’t with us anymore to advise on how to do it correctly.

The REAL difference between Rife and Magnetic Water, is one ‘targets’ a specific pathogen while the Bath device targets the entire immune system. I have seen vaxxine autistic kids who were technically ‘vegetables’ be re-diagnosed as normal with just 2 months usage. Many such cases. I have seen where the anti-biotic resistant scourge of many hospitals, send Golden Staph patients home to die and/or limb amputation, take ONE bath for a full recovery. Many cancer patients have thanked me for bringing this to their attention. In some circles I am a celebrity. Others not so. The list of achievements after some 30,000 units have been sold world wide (mostly to practitioners) treating literally millions of people in 30 years. A 100 million industry and counting. We don’t just target individual pathogens, we Enhance the Immune system making ALL vax obsolete and letting the bodies natural defences preform as it should. This is totally unlike Rife.

One of the actions of the bath device is can be likened to the JoeCell where impurities in the water are inerted. Literally transmuted back into Element Water. See attached video. JoeCells purify water with North Pole Negative Fields. In the human body where toxins are the prime cause of disease, if the toxins are inerted, the disease is dealt with by the immune system. The list of such diseases includes most everything. It’s a Global effect of Detox.

It was precisely this Detox or inerting of toxins that got the Ionic Scam footbath industry started. They tried to duplicate our Detox of heavy metals and other toxic chemicals for curing disease but the scammers only use 2 electrodes not 6 with a Neutral Plate™. So cheap Ionic scam footbaths flood ebay and people buy this not knowing they used our testimonials to promote their scams.

They used particle science to reverse engineer a Magnetic Field Device. And got zilch results. Zero. Period. It is precisely this fake science duplicating Magnetic Field or Rotating Magnetic Field devices that Joe and I are trying to avoid. Alex Shifflier used fake orgone to explain the JoeCell and NO ONE managed to duplicate the JoeCell precisely for this reason.

Rife has been superseded.

There are 4 companies that make the 7 Ringed Array for Bio Enhancement.

Only 2 make a 240v power supply. FLS and Electro Cueticals

Marcy isn’t active anymore.

Steve from Alabama makes the Aqua Chi and no longer makes 240v power supplies.

All these devices start at 1800 US Bucks.

Ivan in Toowoomba will sell you a 240v version for AU$2300. All I get is a cheaper price for parts if you tell him I sent you.

But this is what I tell people who make such inquiries.

The Array from aquachifootbath is the BEST version. It costs US$180. $80 for the cables and another $100 for the consumable Rings.

It “can be” powered with any DC power supply that is NON SWITCHING. (micro wave production in the bath is a no no) Old school power supply around 30 VDC (at least 24v) with up to 5 amp output but 3 will do. It all depends upon the water quality in your bath tub. The commercially available models have built in controls to allow most any waters to be used.

It can also be powered by up to 4 car batteries. But this requires some expertise in understanding the ‘bubbles’ and water qualities and why more amps is NOT better.

This simplification of buying a 300 dollar power supply with 400 in bits from aqua chi, will require a learning curve of operation to this technology. At the above sites there are many usage and operational videos that will give you the necessary knowledge to build a cheapie but a goodie.

The guy I sent the Advanced Usage procedures to bought a used Aqua Chi power supply for US200 from ebay.com and then bought the water module and cables and has a fully functional factory unit for 500. I regularly search ebay for used models or ones for ‘parts’. They are easily fixed. One just had a faulty 240v power cord like they supply for computers. Cheap fix.

But if you have the funds a 240v power supply from Australia for AU$2300 or about US$1700 would be a good investment for any clinic or someone who is terminal. Conditions apply.

During the testing phase back in 2000, we purchased a dozen transformers. None was adequate so we had Dyne Industries in Melbourne make us a special 3 output power supply. During the testing we had one Chinese transformer that instantly made the water in the bucket turn to white paraffin oil. Heating or lamp grade oil. The factory power supply has a very minimal oil production capabilities. But if the ‘right’ transformer is found (again), this could be marketed as a Self Sufficiency home Fuel device.

I went on to make water modules with Silver Neutrals instead of the Copper Neutral from the factory. Added Atlantean Fire Crystals to the Field for over unity Crystal effects. (mooker.com) Makes an amazing Silver Elixir that obsoletes the outdated electrolysis colloidal silver. I also made Gold Neutrals and all 7 Rings of silver and one made with Platinum Rings although the cost of these metals are now prohibitive. The Platinum Model made drinking water that gave Intuitive and visualization effects to the consumer. The Pt model was also the one to do Genetic experiments in a process we called Cross Germination. Taking Luc Montagnier’s DNA Teleportation patent to the practical level. I did this 10 years before Luc.

I custom build any of the above and no one else does this with this amazing technology.
