And some updates here.
Yesterday I received a 4 mm diameter carbon fiber tube and 50 mm width Teflon band:
I ordered them during the previous week from here and here.
The carbon fiber tube is necessary so it doesn't bend when I'll fix so many metal disks on it (any plastic tube would bend).
The Teflon band is for separating electrically the copper and aluminum disks. The Teflon is well known for its excellent dielectric properties, that's why I choose it for building the customized capacitor.
I was thinking a lot and I don't think there is a way to make the customized capacitor variable. I would need a mechanism to modify the distances between the plates while keeping those distances equal to each other. Very hard to build such a mechanism and fit it inside the DSE coils.
But as I shown during the experiments the capacity of the variable capacitors is important in the effciency of the energy extraction process.
So before building the capacitor I need to experiment with let's say 5 copper disks and 5 aluminum disks in two configurations as in the image below:
One configuration would be like the one on the left side where the extraction blocks (one block having one copper disk, one teflon disk, one aluminum disk and again one teflon disk) will be placed close to each other.
The other configuration will be like the one on the right side where the extraction blocks (one block having one copper disk, one teflon disk, one aluminum disk and again one teflon disk) will have distances between them (I will try different distances modifying them manually).
What I want to check is if there is any degradation in the energy extraction process if there are no spaces between the extraction blocks (like the configuration on the left side).
Based on the result of the tests I'll need to build the customized capacitor like in one of these two configurations. Hopefully the left configuration will work as it will be much easier to build the capacitor that way.
Another delicate work will be to connect a common wire to each copper disk and another common wire to each aluminum disk for energy extraction. I'll need to solder those wires on the edges of the disks, I cannot solder the wires on the sufaces of the disks as that would introduce distances between disks and that would modify the capacity of the customized capacitor.
A lot of checks to do and things to verify before starting to build this customized capacitor.
I'll come with updates.
Note: I also need to resume the work and to finish the presentation video for YouTube with details and results of the latest much more efficient DSE configuration which I already presented to you guys here in this post.

Fighter
