Some definitions that might help:
The word SEC is an abbreviation for:
Spatial Energy Coherence.
It is a theory developed by Dr. Ronald Stiffler covering the coherence, capture, recovery, and utilization of energy released and transformed from the ambient energy Lattice.
To successfully receive this energy from the energy lattice, an electronic circuit must be built.
A SEC Exciter
is a special Negative Resistance Oscillator design, which specifically generates a Ultra Wide Band spectrum of frequencies required in part to stimulate (excite) the ambient energy lattice, thereby allowing for the coherence of additional energy released by the ambient energy lattice.
And the way to calculate the input-output ratio is the CEC, defined by:
Cohered Energy Coefficient,
the coherence, capture, recovery, or utilization or application of energy released and/or transformed from the Energy Lattice as a direct result of excitation and/or stimulation from one or more (SEC) exciters. Calculated by CEC = Uout / Uin note U for energy term.
Dr Stiffler words:
I do not believe in OU, what it should be called is CEC for 'Cohered Energy Coefficient', which is a far more accurate way of looking at things. A conversion of one energy form to another with a 'mathematical' gain. No creation of energy, just a cleaner conversion between forms.
